Realm: A real connection is the use of the id with the complete domain. For example, if you are given, or have chosen an id of xyz123 you would enter xyz123@iceweb.net for your user id when you connect with your dialer. This is usually your complete e-mail address. The id will be all lower case with no spaces between the characters.
