* A reconnect fee of $10.00 or 10% which ever is higher will be applied to any account closed or suspended due to non-payment, or reconnection.  No refunds on paid ahead accounts or paid ahead promotions.
  
Unlimited use not unlimited abuse.  We do not condone or support a 24hr 7 day a week connections on standard dial up accounts.  Customers can stay connected while they are working on or viewing the Internet.  24 hour 7 days a week constant connections are available on standard dial-up accounts for an additional line charge of $75.00 per month.  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any account for any reason.  All Accounts are due due the first of the month. For Example, you are billed 14.95 for the month of January, you must pay 14.95 in the month of January.  When Feburary 1st comes, you will be suspended and a late fee charged to your account.  We considered the account paid when we receive the payment.  If we do not receive the payment by the 15th of the month after you have been suspended for non payment, you will be sent to collections.  No refunds on paid ahead accounts or paid ahead promotions.  NO MASS E-MAILING ALLOWED.
